Every weekend, we supplied our entertainment to some great people. It was an honor to be a part of so many weddings.

Idea Share: Run a video slideshow during the cocktail hour to tell your story and keep the focus on why everyone is gathered together.
Idea Share: Customize your wedding right down to matching colors of the bows on each chair.
The trend is no more guest books instead a picture frame that you can display on your wall complete your quotes and names of everyone attending. Also, create a time capsule with guest advice that you open up in 5, 10 or 20 years. Michelle & Tim used postcards.
Create a theme that fits you for a way for guests to find their table. Example here is to go to bag claim for seating assignment.
Toasts: Prepare the speakers on how long and the order of who is speaking.
End the toasts with a personal thank you to all the guests and how important everyone is to you.
The dances with the parents: Practice a little and pick a song with personal meaning to you.
Most important: Remember to fun dancing and creating lasting memories.
Line dances: They do work for maximum participation of all ages.
It’s cool to dance and have fun at a wedding!!!

A Special Note to the DJ…

Thank you Ryan! You helped iron out the evening as we were running so far behind. You did an amazing job and we were thrilled to have you as out DJ! And thanks for taking some photos as well, they didn’t go unnoticed!
